How it works

A booking, end to end.

No deposits over the phone, no “final price” that arrives after the decision. Here is exactly what happens, in order, for both sides of a booking.

If you’re booking

  1. 1

    Search once, across everything

Filter by category, area, date, headcount and budget. Listings show a real price with the unit attached — per event, per plate, per day — so you can compare a ৳1,150 plate against a ৳285,000 hall without doing arithmetic in your head.

  2. 2

    Send a request

Pick a date and tell the vendor what you need. Nothing is charged, and the date is not held. The request lands in the vendor's dashboard with your headcount and notes already attached.

  3. 3

    Get a firm quote

The vendor either accepts — confirming availability and the final price, which may differ from the headline rate once they know the details — or declines. You'll see the exact total, including our service fee, before you decide.

  4. 4

Pay, and the date is yours

Pay by bKash, Nagad or card. The moment payment clears, the date is blocked on that vendor's calendar and nobody else can request it.

  5. 5

    Message, attend, review

Every booking has its own message thread. After the event you can leave a review — one per booking, only from a completed booking, which is why the ratings on this site mean something.

If you’re selling

  1. 1

    List for free

Create a listing with photos, a price, and packages if your category uses them. Our team reviews it — usually within a working day — before it goes live.

  2. 2

    Receive qualified requests

Every request arrives with a date, a headcount and a budget. No more twenty questions before you know whether it's worth quoting.

  3. 3

    Quote in one click

Accept at your listed price, or adjust it for this specific job. The customer sees the revised total instantly.

  4. 4

    Get paid automatically

Payment is taken up front. Your payout — the job price minus commission — is scheduled three days after the event and released once the window for disputes has closed.

How each category is priced

The unit differs because the work differs. A caterer sells plates; a rental company sells days.

What you pay us

Customers: a flat service fee

Tiered by the size of the booking, not a percentage — a four lakh venue hire shouldn't carry a twenty thousand taka fee. It is shown separately before you pay.

Booking valueService fee
৳0 – ৳15,000৳250
৳15,001 – ৳50,000৳400
৳50,001 – ৳150,000৳800
৳150,001 – ৳400,000৳1,500

Vendors: commission on what you earn

Deducted from your payout, never added to the customer's total — so your listed price is genuinely the price they pay you for. Rates vary by category because margins do.
